We do not provide imaging / biopsy / surgical services. Your GP can help you to be referred to the specialist surgical services (ENT, Dental, Gynecology, Cardiothoracic, Ortho, Neurosurgery, Breast, Urology, General Surgery) available at PMGH for imaging / biopsy / surgical treatment.
📨 For diagnosed cancer patients: How to Be Referred to PMGH Cancer Center
If you are a patient:

Ask your specialist to use the referral system available in the website or email your referral to referral@pmgh-cancercare.com
If you are a doctor:

Complete our Radiotherapy Referral Form or SACT Referral Form

Please make sure that the mandatory documents like histopathology report, imaging studies and routine blood investigations are available before making the referral
Registration process for new patient with PMGH Cancer Center:
Bring with you:

Referral letter from your doctor

Copies of scans, test results, pathology reports

List of current medications
-
ID and medical record card
⏱ Duration: 2 hours
👥 Tip: Bring a family member or friend for support.
If all the reports are in order, you will be given an appointment for initial consultation with the oncologist preferably within 2 weeks.
